Katrina Lane

Real Estate Paralegal, Office Manager

Katrina was born in Macon, Georgia. She graduated from the legal secretary program at Lanier Technical Institute with honors in June 1991. She began working with Mr. Weidner in 1991 when he was an attorney in Gainesville. She has been married to Bruce Lane since 2004, has two sons, and five grandchildren. They live in Lula, Georgia, and are members of Air Line Baptist Church.

Rebecca Tam (Becca)

Real Estate Pre-Closer

Rebecca was born in Warner Robins, Georgia. She graduated cum laude from the University of North Georgia in 2019 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, and began working with Mr. Weidner in October 2020. She has been married to Bailey Tam since June 2020 and they live in Dahlonega, Georgia. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and hiking with her two dogs, Duke and Dolly.

Kelly Duckett Wiley

Receptionist / Front Office Gatekeeper

Kelly joined the firm in November 2010 and works as the receptionist and a legal assistant to Jim Weidner and Bucky Woods. She attended Piedmont College and has over 10 years of experience in banking. She also has prior experience working alongside her father, Spencer Duckett, at his law firm assisting in multiple practice areas. She has been married to Todd Wiley since February 2009 and they live in Corneila with son, Xander, and cat, Alice.

Katheryn Barker (Katee)

Litigation Paralegal

Katee was born in Toccoa, Georgia. She graduated from the paralegal program in Greenville, South Carolina in 1997 and began working with Mr. Weidner in June 2000. She has been married to Brandon Barker since February 2000 and has one daughter, Ana, and one son, Evan. They live in Habersham County, and are members of Air Line Baptist Church.
Ms. Barker specializes in personal injury and wrongful death litigation; adoptions; probate, wills, trusts and powers of attorneys; corporate and business; and general civil litigation matters.
